Bringing empathy to the Melanoma treatment journey
Metastatic melanoma presents a sharp contrast between what patients see or feel on their bodies, and what is happening deep inside their bodies. This patient journey map is created to help the Novartis metastatic melanoma team to understand the gap between current healthcare practitioners’ (HCPs) rigid medical process and the patients’ dynamic view of their intangible treatment path.

The inspiration for visual direction came from the interviews that we’ve had with Melanoma patients.
It was an emotionally heavy session where participants described their continuous struggles with understanding the state of their health while going through the treatment process.

HEALTHY CHOICE
A new meaning to frozen
Although the technology used in the production of frozen meals has transformed along with the current trend of consumers, but the connotation of ‘lonely TV Dinner’ still remains. With steam technology being the highlighted feature of the product, the creative team explored various concepts that helped to re-shift the perception of cheap frozen dinners to DIY homemade sides and breakfast bowls.
