Building the first step to financial prosperity
A year after the launch of the new Scotiabank app, the bank is ready to take its first step into digital money management. I’ve led the design on building the budgeting feature to help customers maintain a positive cash flow.

Due to the lack of details found in app, customers are calling in because they have trouble identifying purchases they’ve made. Transaction detail inquiry is one of the top 12 call centre drivers, accumulating high operating costs and an average sum of 600 minutes annually. I build credit card transaction details while taking many constraints into consideration.
